Requirements:
* Strong object oriented concepts with exposure to various design patterns.
* Experience in C# and Silverlight, Blend
* Experience with MS SQL server. Should be able to write complex sql queries Experience developing and architecting critical business applications
* Experience in deploying applications to Production
* Demonstrated ability to learn, grow, and expand in responsibilities
* Exposure to Agile and rapid development methodologies
* Knowledge of the business to support an Integrated Manufacturing (Network Equipment Provider, preferred)
* BA/BS with an emphasis in Computer Science or Information System courseware preferred. MS in Computer Science Preferred
* VisualStudio experience
* Exposure to Abode Flex and javascript is highly desirable
* Sharepoint Experience (MOSS 2007) is a plus
* Experience with other object oriented programming languages such as Java is a plus

Skills:

* Understanding of XML technologies, including XSLT and W3C XML Schema,
* Experience in building business applications, preferably for a systems manufacturing company
* Best match possible to the Requirements listed
* Experience with web services a plus.
* Review and previous collaboration with local and remote developers
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Strong familiarity with SDLC concepts required
* SOA Knowledge and ability to abstract functional business issues
